What's the best way to reheat frozen mash ?

It can tend to be very watery when you first defrost it - but not to worry. Put in a saucepan with a small knob of butter and a dash of milk (do do make your mash with butter and milk I hope...) and stir whilst heating gently. Works a treat.
As to other uses - dauphonoise or boulangere are both nice.
Or oven chips of course - slice into wedges / chips of your chosen size, mix in a bowl with salt, oil and maybe some cornflour, bake a high heat (220C) for 15 minutes or so, then get them out and toss them about a bit, seasoning if required (smoked paprika is nice). and finish off for 10 minutes.
