Anyone know of a good source for cheap kilts (tartan or denim)?  I am sorely tempted to get one and let the air circulate freely, as it were.   Also, what do you wear with it?  Do you need the full fancy shirt or just a teeshirt?

I got a Jacobite and it is the closest to a shirt I would ever wear.
