Should I turn my computer off when I leave the office?

I use logmein a lot, working from home, and while out and about etc.

That would earn a Severe Flogging from our Network Police.
And I'm already on their Watch List 
( Pretty close to the top of it, I think! )

We found out why our computers are so slow. There are 60 of us in our building, and all of us use our computers for a lot of the day. Our connection to the main servers and shared drives and all that stuff is tagged onto another office's connection. They have a 20MB connection to the main stuff and our connection to them is 2MB.
