Yes, definitely. Olympus OM kit has quite a following among the hipsters. By all means put them up individually on Ebay or, if not, take them along to a camera shop such as London Camera Exchange or Park Cameras,

You can get adapters to use the lenses on modern mirrorless cameras. Could be fun.

For selling them, try Ffordes. They have a decent range of old Olympus stuff, usually quite reasonable prices.

Look out for fungus in the lenses. What condition are the OM2s in? Oh, and what lenses do you have?
It is simpler than it looks.

OM10 with manual adaptor and a two lens (usually a 50 and zoom) are going for over £100 posted on farceache vending..

So the better OM should go for more.

Jaded   The silver OM2 is the best one, the black cameras were used for touring as they don't look flash .Zuiko lenses 24mm /2.8,  28mm /3.5 and 2.8,  35mm /2.8, 135mm / 2.8, 35-105 mm /5.6-3.5 and a 75-150mm 4. Another zoom and a few 50mm lenses . I am an OLYMPUS fanboy latest one is a Pen  , nice small camera just need the pancake lens to reduce the size.
