As predicted, the moment I put the telly on and sat down Dog Monster has started putting a slimy ball into my lap. I know it's a lovely day and I should be out on my bike and that was my intention, but I've been fighting off a cold for the last week and I need to see it off on my days off. I've done a fair bit of tidyng up and paperwork this morning - sorry - that's another thread.

No sign at all. Most unusual. Other kitty is mewing.

Must have just gone for a long walk - there's only one road for miles around and no sign of dead mog.

Am going to bed now so it'll have to take its chances.

They are both sulking as I locked them out last night.

I had left the back door open whilst I consumed dinner and watched rubbish TV*, during which time they both traversed the living room several times. As the sun set and the temp dropped a bit I closed and locked the door. Just as I was going to bed one returned and stared at me through the glass. I really really couldn't be bothered to let him in, so they both stayed out all night (one usually does, the other normally likes to be in at night).

I haven't been able to take him for a walk for about 3 weeks. I am normally the default dog-walker and I don't think he understands my incapacity.
