Can anyone recommend a video camera for around £100?

Young gal at work has £100 max to spend on a video camera, she wants to take vids of horsey type events & maybe even vids  whilst riding  :o.  Can anyone here recommend a suitable camera?

Don't know if this is too late - probably is but

Makro have the samsung VPMX20 on offer at 99.99 (+VAT, so £115) starting 11th Feb


We got one for Miss TC for christmas, and it is very good for the money.
