Radio 4's legal magazine programme has had an interesting discussion regarding rights to take photos. Today 1600.
Well worth a listen again. Especially to transcribe the statement from the Police about rights at the end of the piece.

I haven't listened to the programme yet. I wonder if they mention that soon you could be sent to prison for 10 years for taking a photo of a police officer.
