Breath-play: don't do it, kids...

Don't use self-tightening ligatures, at the very least...  see, that's a silly risk.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

I thought Wan King was a town in China until I watched a David Carradine video.

His new film stars Hang Ing as well as Wan King apparently

I used to love Kung-fu when I was a kid. It's very sad.

BTW, back when I was doing my PhD (about the NSA), I had a challenge with my office-mate to get the oddest thing into it with justification. I managed to legitimately write about auto-erotic asphyxiation in there on exactly the grounds that spindrift mentions (the rumours about Milligan).

I should be working, but some interesting wiki browsing has made the following connection for me.  I didn't know that disgraced MP Julie "fingers in the till" Kirkbride was once engaged to former MP, Stephen "Orange-face" Milligan. ...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of Milligan when reading this story.  I couldn't remember his name, but managed to find it by googling for "Asphyxiation" and "MP". :-\ :o ;D
Actually, it is rocket science.

Hardcore X-Files fans will know that Fox Mulder is also going to die of auto-erotic asphyxiation.

RIP David Carradine though.  I liked "Kung Fu".

I loved Kung Fu as a kid but was disappointed to learn that it was originally Bruce Lee's idea but he wasn't given the lead role (for being too oriental).

Imagine how good it could have been.

'Sitting in a wardrobe'?  Do you think this may be a mistranslation of 'Inside a tall boy'?

According to the Wiki article, "The cause of death was a ninja assassination in the middle of the night. Carradine was unable to fend off the attack because his buddy Chuck Norris was passed out drunk."

I've heard, though, that the Thai police are looking for a blonde woman with a Hanzo sword, wearing a yellow jumpsuit.

Odd, given the circumstances, that his current film is 'Stretch', and his last one was 'Kill Willy Bill'

Maybe he was trying to assemble an IKEA Wardrobe.

Some of those instructions can be bloody confusing.

Methinks the cops need to interview his manager, Chuck BINDER, again...

Quote
Thai police told the BBC a hotel maid found the 72-year-old naked in a wardrobe with a cord around his neck and genitals.

I think "Free Willy" may have been more appropriate in the circumstances

In the Metro this morning was the news that a Thai newspaper has published a photo of poor, dead David Carradice, still hanging from the wardrobe rail.

A prize* to the first sicko who can link to a copy of it...

Warning:

That's a link to a fairly low quality picture of the paper carrying the photo, not the photo itself.  I don't think it's especially disturbing, but obviously you know what it's about  - so don't click if you don't want to see it.
