Title: Outdoor courgettes tips rotting what to do?
Post by: jamesld8 on 18 June, 2016, 08:40:50 am
After a very promising start a few courgettes, grown outdoors on compost heap, have at early stage . started to rot at end   :(

I`ve cut them off as they`re useless, any steps to prevent it (apart from stopping it raining which may well be main issue as soil soaked as are flowers), I`ve wondered about putting wood shavings under plants, or remove flowers once fruit set , or just have some drier weather !

Always remove flowers as soon as the fruit has set.
