X-Factor copyright storm in a teacup

Firstly I have no interest in the X Factor, I have never watched it (unless you count the Arc Attack appearance)

However there is the story tonight over the name "Rythmix"

A charity has asked that the X Factor not use their name and has apparently been told to get a lawyer.

The charity is (allegedly) now being forced to spend money to reclaim it's name.

To me this really rather leaves an unpleasant taste, with an element of bullying by Cowell et al
