Completely OTT

The Transporter was invented because they did not have the budget to film landing craft on diffrent planets!

Ah so the rumours I heard a while back was true e.g. the writers ran out of story lines in the US :)

Hmm having problems with this one, and other programs, that is set in a town that I know. Moving from central London to Ealing in less time than length of the episode, without the help of TARDIS or even helicopters. Or that you hear they are rushing to go a place north off the river and then you see then driving about south of the river etc.

Why do script writes, producers etc do a better job?

Anywhooo I think 24 has run its course.

This was always the case after Series 1, where it was realised that having someone say "I'm coming back to CTU" then not appearing until 3/4 of the way through the next episode was a bit too "real time". They decided that since it was fiction anyway it didn't matter if time (and presumable geography) took some leaps.
