XKCD Link

I seem to remember an XKCD cartoon describing a convoluted process to print an image or similar involving copy paste, different programs etc.  Does anyone know the one that I mean?

It's relevant to a "solution" that I've been given for a network issue...

This seems to be a suitable place to mention that we are hoping to have a 'works trip' (School Science dept) trip to see Randal Munroe, author of XKCD talk about his new book, in a couple of weeks.  :D
