PS CC 2015

Anyone know if the current monthly sub for PS/Bridge CC covers the cost of the updated 2015 edition?

I keep getting nagged to update but Adobe are being very coy about revealing exactly what pays for what.

My 'photography' subscription has covered all upgrades for the past 2 years, including the latest LR/PS CC 2015. Continual upgrades is supposed to be one of the advantages of the subscription model.

What I thought too but the big button beside PS CC 2015 marked "BUY NOW" makes me wonder.

To be fair, I think I paused before downloading the latest update because I saw something like that. Once it has updated and I opened it for the first time it contacted the server and updated the licence (or something like that). Anyway all has been well since.
Must say I am very taken with the new 'dehaze' filter in LR - easy to overdo though.

Have you checked your bank account? I don't trust they buggers.

To charge you again, as it is all a subscription, they would have to set up a new subscription, no? Anyway as they email me each month to say they have robbed my bank account for approx £8, I'll wait until next week when my statement is emailed to me to check. Maybe I'm too trusting but the terms of the subscrition and the advertising were pretty clear that it included upgrades as long as I keep paying and previous experience bears that out.

It does.

I'm on the photography plan also and this is the price plan for new, and existing customers. https://creative.adobe.com/plans?promoid=KSPAN

Gotcha, ta.  I hit the update button this morning and got a "30-day trial period" for PS 2015 so we'll see what happens at the end of that.
