Standover height also looks compromised...and yeah, the seat tube really needs to be integrated rather than welded on.

It's not really a bike meant to be ridden, is it? The kickstand plus lack of brakes or properly taped handlebars just suggest something that you park up outside your favourite cafe.

Having no brakes and a fixed/free hub is rather asking for trouble isn't it ::-). Over 5kg for a frameset that couldn't carry anything other than the rider is just nuts.
