Title: Decently sized overshoes for size 12 MTB
Post by: GusGF on 05 October, 2019, 01:44:22 am
I'm looking for overshoes to protect my feet in the rain. They would need to be generous size wise as I'm aware overshoes tend to be made tight fitting. I'm having to return recently purchased Sportful Neoprene All Weather Bootie - XL which were supposed to be good to size 12 but when I got them they were far too small. Unfortunately most overshoes seemed to be designed for road shoes and appear very tight fitting.
So if anyone can recommend an overshoe that would fit a size 12 Shimano MTB shoe that are easy to get on I would really appreciate it.

I’m using Planet X neoprene jobbies, I’ve got size 13’s and they work fine

I use an elderly pair of Plant X ones too. They're the only ones I could find big enough.

Hi Gus,

I’m stuck with size 15 feet which a real pain sometimes. I’ve not tried these yet but after going through lots of overshoes that have been way too small and tight I found a post on bike radar mentioning Rose bike overshoes.

They do lots of sizes up to size 52 European. They are based in Germany but shipping doesn’t appear too bad and the site is in English. Can’t vouch for them but you may find something that fits you better
