Perhaps all cycling federations could take a leaf from the Italian's book and actually take a stance on cleaning up the sport?

 ;D ;D I did wonder how they would permit golden boy Basso to ride  ;D ;D
So in other words, how can we stop Di Luca and Ricco from riding but not Basso and co?   ;D
