I didn't get round to buying some Sour cherry and chili chocolate until yesterday (work got in the way…).
I agree wholeheartedly with Torslanda; it's gradely stuff. As is the straight chili.
However, due to the cherry bit being a fondant filling, I think that a sauce for venison needs more consideration.
Sorry, not having partook I didnt realise, assuming dark chocolate embedded with sour cherries.
Anyway, venison, chilli, chocolate, red wine, red berries, go and try it as a combo, you won't be unhappy.
