Ah no. Allo Allo! was brilliant. Still stands up now. His breaking of the third wall was part of what made it so great.

Great shame. Series was daft, funny and Ren was carried off marvellously by him. Cooincidentally have been to meetings in the somewhat run down norfolk stately pile where the cafe was constructed in the stable block.
