I think you know what I mean. Cycling along a narrow and twisting road, a god awful rat run with lots of nice blind bends. If some idiot decides to overtake on a blind bend, then everyone behind him/her just follows, with increasing speed and nervousness as things get closer to the limit of what a driver might possibly anticipate from around the corner.

Do people teach this stuff???

I know exactly what you mean. It sometimes feels like watching lemmings jump off a cliff. Just yesterday a car made a left turn almost into me only because it was following the car in front of it. Luckily, I had my lemming radar on and slowed down.

It happens more in the morning for me; I guess people think it's OK to be driving a ton of metal at speed and then admit that they're still a bit sleepy!
