Yesterday the most recent issue of (whispers) CAR magazine landed on the doormat of Larrington Towers. In it appears a full-page house ad for FHM magazine. Guess who's in it?

For the first time in my life, I may be compelled to buy a lad mag.

She looks mighty fine in FHM. She even gets a whole page to herself. I'm not sure why she's wearing a hooded top over her underwear and made up to look like she's just smoked a massive joint, but fine she does look.

Also, in the main bit of the mag there is:

I guess she'll be on the cover then

That's the one I meant - for some reason my subscription copy of CAR hit the doormat about ten days earlier than normal, so although the house ad says "FHM - on sale now", the issue in the shops at the time wasn't it.

EDIT: I see Cheryl Cole was voted Sexiest Woman in the World 2009 by their readership. Obviously a bunch of northern trogs who live in front of the TV then.

I remember seeing an article on Vicky P in Cycling Weekly in 2007 or early 2008, and thinking she was a right munter.

It isn't really VP on the cover. The amount of shit they do to you "post production" on these images is crazy. I remember watching Dawn Porter going through the process on TV. They took one of her eyes, copied, pasted and flipped it to cover the over the other, because they looked slightly different FFS.....
