RL means I am backing out of this.  Maybe another time, as MK is only a 2hr train journey away with one change (via Reading).

#Bump#

Anyone else going to join me and Steve.
The last 2 times we've done the Sept' ride it's had people out doing their 1st 600 and completing their SR's Nobody will get left behind, I've booked a travelodge at Ely at about 380km. The ride will be almost flat for about 250km across the fens from just before Boston (300km) just hope there's no wind  ;D

Now either I'm misReading this, or you're saying there are direct trains from Reading-> MK ...

Are you sure?

A good ride with excellent weather, a clear sky made it great once the fog had lifted, the starry night section was beautiful but cold.
Got back at 7.45 last night with an on bike time of 28.13hrs and a 25.9kph avg.
10hrs all told off the bike eating, sleeping (3hrs) and fixing a chain and puncture.
Happy with that as I've done bugger all long rides this year.
