Best USS grips for recumbents

What's a good set of grips suitable for an USS recumbent with bar end shifters? Hpvelotechnik streetmachine is the bike.

I got simple Clarks foam ones but not sure they're any good.

I use this stuff, I can get 4 Streetmachine-sized grips (and one ICE-trike-with-grip-shifter-sized one) out of a length, which makes it cheap enough that you don't get too upset about tearing the foam on random sharp things (door latch bolts and barbed wire are the usual culprits), and can replace them if they get a bit tatty: https://www.rosebikes.com/rose-soft-grip-single-part--28610

If your setup is like mine, the gear cable will go under the grip and then splay outwards past the brake lever.  I recommend a cable tie to restrain the cable (doesn't have to be very tight) so the grip doesn't have to - otherwise it can start to tear the foam grip from the bottom up.
