An impressive attack, certainly, but these one-sided attacks turn up fairly frequently in the Sicilian Defence. That's the point of the opening: Black is stating on Move 1 that s/he is going for an unbalanced game where spectacular attacks are most likely to happen, for either side. There are plenty of similarly-spectacular wins for Black.

19 Rxf7 was not a hard move to find. The most surprising part, perhaps, is that Black was suckered into playing an opening he hadn't used for 12 years.
