Cycle to Work - Croix de Fer via Halfords

I work for Dell, and we have a corporate Cycle to Work scheme. Looks like it is adminstered by Halfords, at least you get steered to Halfords shops.

If I was to start dreaming about a new bike does anyone know how to wangle a bike not on the Halfords website?
My brother has a Croix de Fer and thinks a lot of it. I am tempting myself...

Admittedly it was 10 years ago but Halfords got me a Croix de Fer on the CTW scheme.

Just ask them - I believe that they can get most things.

Halfords and most bike sites were taken off our CTW scheme, only some 'approved' outlets now.  T'is meh.

My work CTW scheme was with Halfords.
I wanted a Brompton which, at the time, Halfords didn't sell.
I was swiftly pointed at Chris Compton's emporium.

Thankfully, due to competition law rules, Halfords are required to source from other suppliers if they don't stock the bike you want.  They used to be a bit 'meh' about this, but got slapped a couple of years ago, and the central team that manage C2W for Halfords is a lot better now - and understand the processes.

We use the Halford managed scheme.  I used it to get a bike from Evans...
