By being so pedantic, I've made it hard for myself to find any  :P

Amy Winehouse - Rehab. Almost - but she sings "They" before the instruments kick in. And not every instrument in the song (ie all the horns) come in at the start, so that's a fail.

Shihad - Big future. Again, fails as the drums come in a semiquaver before everything else, so it's close but no cigar!

(OK, he's singing before the band kicks in, but that's the same during the rest of the song, so I'm having it)

Nope. He's got either the keyboards or sustained guitar with him during the body of the song but not at the start.

Possibly cheating a bit as this band don't do vocals ... except for Michael League's "Alright" just before they start. I give you probably the tightest band in the world, Snarky Puppy, recorded live playing 'Minjor'. In fact, almost all of their output is recorded live in front of an audience of about 40. I'll be one of them at their next recording session in Utrecht at the beginning of October. Cop this for an intro.

Queen - It's A Hard Life

Mainly included for the video, which features Freddie's worst costume ever and the rest of the band looking like the undead.  Sir Brian's solo sounds more 1975 than 1984.

Man Out of Time - Elvis Costello. Does it count if the intro seems to be from a totally different song in mid flow?

I expect many songs that are written for film/television fall into this category.

I came across the rewrite of this one recently: https://nerdist.com/article/picard-star-trek-iv-voyage-home-reference-kirk-thatcher/

This clip is from Romeo & Juliet but the record starts exactly as it does in the film.
