Anybody tried mapmytracks.com?
If you have a suitably enabled mobile phone and position detection, it should provide real time tracking. I am thinking of using it for the club RR.

Looks very similar to endomondo.com which I'm using on my Nokia 5800 and which works really well. There are so many of these products emerging its hard to choose! I also use viewranger, download the route into ridewithgps.com and ride it again in 3d on google earth - runs as a movie! Lots of stats available with that one as well.
Edit - mapmytracks doesn't work with the 5800 - oh well ...

Mapmytracks crashes on my phone. Endomondo refuses to connect..
This is starting to get frustrating.
