Title: Bike for brother

My brother is now 4 and he loves riding his bike, trouble is I can barely lift the thing, it weighs a ton and it's crap. So I'd like to buy him a decent bike.

Any recommendations for a decent bike? Ideally one that will last a few years, so maybe the thing is to get a slightly large frame and put the saddle right down?

He's been on a couple of laps of the park with me! 4miles!
