When I'm not drinking espresso my favourite method is a Swissgold single cup filter, but I've always thought it a bit bulky for touring.

The Traveller kit includes a plastic mug.

We just bought two Bodum Travel Press to use in the bicycles´ bottlecages. They hav to be cleaned between uses though...

Ease of cleaning is really selling this cowboy coffee lark here.  Especially as I'm a "leave it out, let the rain and the crows clean it" type of camper... 
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.
