Title: Hot Trodd 400
Post by: Jord on 27 May, 2010, 01:05:42 pm
I've just entered the above event and wondered if anyone else was doing it or has done it and also if anyone from near Chester has entered and would fancy car sharing?

I'm in for this one too. Will be staying at sisters in Bedlington on Friday night.

Bah.  I keep missing Hugh Harrison's events.  Must make an effort to ride the Chevy Chase next year.

Northumberland's a great place to cycle.

Is there a perm version do you know? It goes by me mam's place...

I couldn't make it - families do get in the way of cycling sometimes... I thought the route looked wonderful and would defiantly be interested in riding it as a perm as well.

Damn it! I've just looked plugged the route AndyC described into google maps (http://tiny.cc/ua89o) and it looks fab. If things go to plan and I'm free in August this is another ride to add to the long list I wanna do. However, I couldn't find a perm version on the AUK website so I'd just have to DIY-it.

If you like that, adamski, you'll love the Lanchester 400 on 17th July.  Rough plot on Google. Wow. Nice, tho unfortuantley I cannot make the 17th July date. Another one in the memory bank for possible DIYs to do in August.

Cheers. I cannot view that at work as it causes Mircosuck Exploder to, erm, explode. I'll check it out tonight.
