4 small (8" DeBuyer pan) - 2 savoury with chilli, 2 with lemon juice

Tons.  Butterfly is Queen of the Pancakes.  Lovely savoury ones with courgette, spinach and sweetcorn, then sweet with honey & lemon.  Perfect! :D

We celebrated the feast of St Pancake this evening. Cheese & ham, chocolate & chestnut, sugar & lemon.

Yes, I made them after work and school and ended up so late for a not very important meeting I had to take a train to Bath. About 3 or 4 each (pancakes, not trains).
