Full Suspension - Nothing New

Seen at Brooklands today - a lovely French bike from 1880s (or thereabouts) with suspension front and back.

Up front, there's a spring inside the steerer tube, and at the back the lever works against a spring housed in the rear of the two tubes.

And I believe it can be adjusted.



Nice woven handlebar grips, too...
