Brompton: might be a nice magnetic attached lamp for seatpost?

Nice idea if you've got a standard length seatpost and want to easily remove the light to fold, or if you have a saddlebag and want to mount a light somewhere in the middle of the seatpost.  Assuming it stays put, of course.

(I solved the former problem by buying a light with a saddle-rail mounting.)

For it to really work on potholed roads, the magnets would have to be rare earth hard disk drive types that would be nigh-on impossible to remove by hand.  Anyway, my S-type has the discontinued titanium seatpost  ;)
