In theory Ride with GPS should be ideal for this use case

It's not free, but it's one place I'd not begrudge the idea of paying some reasonable fee for the services of -- except they don't publish a price list so it's hard to evaluate.
It'd be great if CTC or auk had an affiliate scheme with them so individual clubs could get setup on it at a discount
