If next week's pub is Colchester-ish way I'll probably be able to come out and play again.

I think we should comply with Adamski's request and go Colchester(ish).  Are we ready for indoors again or are we sticking with our favourite beer gardens ?

I have no issue with Colchester.  Although I'd rather sit outside I have no problem with sitting indoors.

Think I prefer to be in a favourite beer garden still, if only to make the most of the summerish weather.
How about the Alma @ Copdock?  If only to prove to C33333 and myself that it really isn't 130km away.

Alma

If we decide on the above I'll give them a ring to check the pickled egg situation and whether we need to book a table (hopefully not).

I've booked a table for 6 at The Alma, I can easily add more tables.  The Alma have confirmed there will be pickled eggs available.  I think even if we do The Ceremony it should be eggs and crisps all round!

We do need the inductee there though  ::-)
Otherwise it's just another bar snack for us  :P

I wholeheartedly agree.  I was merely trying to work out how we could rescue a potentially suboptimal situation.  I am conscious that The Alma is a favoured Eastern Easy Riders venue and I don't want ted and co getting banned just because I ( a non-EER) had persuaded the pub to buy in pickled eggs especially and then we don't eat them.  Which takes us neatly to...

Ok...

What on earth does this ^^^ mean?  I hope it means you're going to turn up!

Ah yes good point.  Dunno about the rest of the Witham peloton but I can depart from the roundabout at 7pm so passing thru Tiptree at 7.40 maybe?

Will that be a long enough ride for you? ;D ;D. It's only 25 mins to the Alma from mine.

If you are coming up via Little Braxted shall I meet you outside the Colchester FC training ground shortly before you come in to Tiptree on Grange Road? If not any suggested spots?

I was going to hoon down Pennsylvania Lane as everyone really loves it so much.
