I thought I'd seen it before (not that I'd have bothered searching back through the thread to find it).

But hey - Ham's got a lot of friends.

Available for purchase if someone were thinking of moving south...
Oh my word! I've only just seen this. It's worth a thread to itself. I was actually thinking it would be quite a nice place to live... until I reached the bathroom picture  :-X

It gets better when you read the agency blurb:

A sought after address due to the convenience of being located on the Uxbridge Road and a family inspired design ...
"family inspired" ?!?

... which would make an ideal granny annex,
Yes. Of course it would. It's obvious now.

Externally the rear garden is particularly impressive
Brave words - the bar has been set raaaaaaather high by the interior, but I'll give it a go!

Surely everyone's heard of Hardacre Moss, the legendary VC167 Audaxer. He'd haul his gas-pipe auld Raleigh round many a 600 wi nowt but a brown paper bag of treacle sandwiches and a thermos of milky tea.

I do know a Hazel, but not on this forum, though the map shows a Hall.

For clarification: I am not suggesting any forumites are crooks.

To the several pilots on this forum, on this very breezy day - I most definitely thought of you, when I saw this:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/Y65Q1hbq4nk&rel=1" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/Y65Q1hbq4nk&rel=1</a>

I particularly like the moment on the climb-out at about 26s, when it hits a gust of wind, and flaps its wings  :o
