Normally if I have an issue that can be described as musculo skeletal then I would go to straight to the physio and not bother with the GP. It saves hassle and means I can see the physio I want when I want.
I've been having an issue which I am finding difficult to pin down - it could be my hip/psoas, it could be my lower abdominals, or it could be something else completely different. I have back issues, which must play a part in this joint, but my back isn't having any direct symptoms right now. This issue has been niggling for a while, but not actually stopped me doing anything, however I think it's getting worse, hence the question.
To the doctors, or to the physio?
