Great ride out. An ostensibly chilly night, but in fact plenty warm enough once we were moving. (I got chilly hands after leaving the pub, but that often happens to me after a stop).
The Swan is a Greene King house, so the Ale selection ranged through the IPA and Abbot as well as a couple of their other brews - Fireside Ale ("Westgate brewery") which I didn't try and Gangly Ghoul of which I had several. It's a strange feature of the English language that the plural of "Gangly Ghoul" is "Dangly Goolies".
