Thanks David (I think!).  Normal service is now resumed, with 152, Holme Park Bridge:

With 151, and even 150, as a bonus.  And some ducks.

153 is, er, interesting.

I wish I could go bridge exploring with billplumtree :(

And, David, that is a fascinating sign.  I guess that Carlton Reid would be interested in it.
Getting there...

150, Janson's Bridge, on a fine summer afternoon

(153 was accidentally waaay over-exposed, that was what I got when I tried to pull it back.  I just liked the look of it.  The obvious bridginess of it :) )

A hedge has been cut down along a bit of lane colloquially known by discerning Brummie cyclists as "The Good Bit", revealing this:

149, Holme Turnpike Bridge.  Double bonus - not only do I get to use the word "turnpike", but the bridge itself is a twofer.

The wooden footbridge was tacked on at some later time, but according to English Heritage it is of no interest and only the stone bridge is Grade II listed (as are most of 'em).  Well I like it, anyway.
