The last 11 miles were horrible horrible horrible. The nine mile road/ride is something to be avoided. We got to Martins Heron and jumped on a train back to London.
Yep, staying north of Bracknell on the Forest Road through Binfield, Chavey Down and North Ascot is far better than going south through Wokingham and along Nine Mile Ride. Hilly, narrow and tight bends do not make a nice road given the traffic levels and speeds.
