A rider from Holland is coming over for the Ditchling Devil next weekend  and has asked for advice on riding from Dover up to London.

You're avoiding pretty much every town and village. Which is fine, but it means you're gonna have trouble finding food and water. You might want to include a couple of larger villages with known open shops.
