Interesting. I am currently considering an e-bike, either with Rohloff e-14 or e-Pinion.
One question though, why did you go for a chain rather than a belt drive?
-
Vigmos (the frame builder) were not fans of belts. It was also easier to 'tune' the range of gearing with a chain. Less hassle removing the rear wheel when repairing punctures/ changing to the alternative wheelset. The new pinion combined gearbox/motor looks to be an absolute killer design for e-bikes.

Van Nicholas do a bike with a Pinion drive and a belt drive. The Deveron (https://www.vannicholas.com/touring-bikes/deveron). They don't (currently) do an e-version though.

I saw Kevin on bicycletouringpro videos got a Deveron - it looked absolutely stunning

I went with a custom frame to get a 71 degree seat tube angle so that I could get my saddle back far enough and also fit upto 50C tyres with mudguards (if required). Cost was not too dissimilar to the Deveron.
