Oh I'm sorry, didn't realise that we were practicing segregation and that all the gurls had to sit in the 'no whippets area' with all the small children and dribbling grannies.

Back to Football .......

Conference side ' Forest Green Rovers ' changed their name in the 1980's ?

What did they change it to ?  Before reverting back to their original name !
Stroud Football Club

DO NOT EVER ASK THAT QUESTION AGAIN WHAT I AM NOT AT MY KEYBOARD!  ;D ;D ;D
It is simpler than it looks.

Oh, you would have the chance to dribble too, if you could just pop out to the pub car park for 1.34 minutes.  ;)

It's not a country, it's part of Romania, so I suppose it's Bucharest.

Koloszvar  ???

Koloszvar is the Hungarian name for Cluj. The Hungarians basically owned/occupied the whole region before WW1 and subsequently lost it after the war. That's a biased and jaundiced view, I admit, but I spent 8 years in Hungary and got more and more pissed off with the backward-looking, nationalistic view they have of the world - more specifically the parts of eastern Europe that used to be "theirs". Their name for most of Slovakia is Felvidek, which translates as the Uplands. They also lay claim to Croatia as well. Having said all that, I do have some sympathy for the way the Romanians treat the Hungarian minority in Transylvania. But I digress...
