After 7 years of waiting...

...the wisteria has flowered.  Planted as a 2 ft sapling at the end of 2002.  We think it's Chinese (wisteria sinensis) because of the way the stems curl.

We have a wisteria over the gazebo and the pigeons have been knocking the flower buds off whilst they are bonking
