By bicycle stands, Mill Hill Broadway:

Polite Notice
Please refrain from urinating or passing bowel movements by the side of this hut
(as texted to me by partner)

[Edit now with picture]

Does this mean it's OK to use anywhere else as a loo?
AFAIK there are no public toilets at the station or locally.

Reminds me of a recent repeat of "Grime Busters" on the TV.

The underground manager bloke standing by a deposit of human poo and saying "I don't know how some people have the nerve to do this".   Over his shoulder was the public toilets with a paper sign saying "toilets out of order". ::-)

I do wonder if the problem might be that the bus drivers have nowhere to 'go'.
There are no loos at either end of many/all of the bus routes that serve Mill Hill Broadway.

Often see similar signs in India. Usually with religious pictures to reinforce the message - Om, Mohamed, Jesus, a god or two and maybe Buddha. And with better spelling!

Sign seen in reception as I decided NOT to go swimming at a Folkestone pool:
"Would patrons please refrain from leaving stools in the water"

My local club goes for a positive approach to the same problem, they have a sign that says "Please USE the toilets". I mean it can't be nice. Mind you, you get used to it if you have been to a few England football matches.
