Got five minutes spare?

Try this:

1 - Go to Wikipedia and hit random article. The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to The Quotations Page - Your Source for Famous Quotes and hit random. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to Flickr.com and click on "explore the last seven days". Third picture no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.

Hmm ... I'm actually working on an album at the moment (well, more of a long-form ambient jam). I'm not going to do the photoshop malarkey just yet, but we have:

Band Name: Natural World Book Prize
Title: Excuses, excuses, excuses
This piccy: Untitled | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

Scary thing is, for the sort of stuff I'm performing, that combo might actually work  :o

EDIT: "Casimir The Usurper" would be a pretty epic name for a death metal band though.

Digital Supply Chain - Listening to music and silence

Cover (don't have photoshop)

Can't believe that band name/title combo came up! The band name's appropriate for the type of stuff I listen to...

Interzen: your music may well fall into that category!

Bingo! That's what I am, a saviour.

I like the picture, actually.
I normally do my ambient stuff under the moniker "Clear Air Turbulence" so your title is quite appropriate too. I don't often do majorly beat-oriented stuff, but I might have to blag dibs on "Digital Supply Chain"  ;D

I'll see if I can put a couple of mockups together.

As per promised, mine and microphonie's ...

In the latter case I had to enlarge the image quite a bit, but I think the jpg artifacts add to the effect.

Perfect choice of font!

The name's yours  ;D

Even more spookily perfect: Tom Robinson's currently playing Cabaret Voltaire - Sensoria  8)

That's the great thing about having a Mac - tons of fonts to choose from  ;D

As far as your choice of music goes, I prefer the 12" remix of "Sensoria" ...

I only had 1 minute, someone else can spend the other 4 putting it together.

It's (almost) all good where the Cabs are concerned!

Is this your project, Interzen, or has someone beaten you to it - in which case you'll need DSC after all!

CAT?

Sorry for thread hijack Clandy!

I got this. I had to hack the image about because my home laptop has no useful software, but I think it's worked out rather well.

Emo-tastic  ;D

Arsebiscuits - someone has beaten me too it :(
Looks like DSC could be a go-er then ... just as well I've not transferred 'my' CAT pages to my new website. I feel a quick re-branding coming on :)

A quick overview of what I do is here: http://www.interzen.co.uk/site/music.php but no pics or choons (yet)

Nice one!

Btw, 'Beware the Tregaron mountain road'. Would that be the single track one with the very hairy negative camber hairpins?
