Title: Enfield Mini Holland

I have heard conflicting reports about  the success of Enfield Mini Holland.

I would welcome comments from cycle users of its merits.

Question

Has it made things safer?
Has it introduced additional hazards?
Has it slowed or increased cycling speeds?
Has it reduced or increase cycle journey times?
Has in slowed or increase motorized traffic speeds?
Has it increase or decrease the number cycling?

Big bits of it are still under construction, last I checked, so too early to judge.
