Oven are the people I get in for cleaning of the oven. Life is far to short to be doing it yourself. They do a fantastic job and are worth every penny of what they charge.

Good news: the yellow bike now has a new home.
Bad news: the proceeds from the sale are effectively spent before I even get them

BN: The holster for my phone is bust, and therefore I dropped the phone containing section this morning between home and the office. So was somewhere on the rail network.

GN: It was picked up at the station by a colleague at the work end of my commute (I knocked it off carrying my bike down from the platform to the underpass). He has handed it back after he saw other work names in the contact list and put the connection together. *wipes brow in releaved manner*

Bad news: The brainweasels have been giving me Those Dreams again. The really realistic ones I believe have really happened. The kind wherr you believe you've had a conversation. And then look like a complete berk because "What change in prescribing meds law? What are you talking about" Ideal with a completely new batch of colleagues. D'oh.

Good news: Going to the teatre with some old colleagues tonight. They all get it. And the play looks fab.

I dream very vividly, and sometimes have to ask Butterfly to clarify what conversations have, or have not, taken place :-[

I don't know whether it's medication-related or depression-related.   But it's most unhelpful.

Bad news:  Dropped my mountain bike on  my head.  Oweee ow.  Two person job really.

Good news:  My next door neighbour and her daughter came out to rescue me.  So the bike's on the roof of the car now, and we had a nice chat  :)

Oh goodness. On your head?! Ouch.

Re meds, Woolly has been on something for two days now for his arms/hands/shoulder pain and is talking in his sleep for I think the first time since I've known him. He emits a sort of weird, "Oweyaweeyawee" noise several times in the night. Disturbing!

He's probably dreaming about mountain bikes landing on his head.

Ok, so 58 mins later is 2 mins earlier. Clock change, I hate it! Even when I don't forget.

BN: The water pump on my daughters car seized.

GN: The timing belt that drives it continued to keep the valves away from the pistons.

BN: I carried on driving it for nearly 100 miles, and had to keep stopping to let it cool down.

GN: The timing belt continued to keep the valves away from the pistons.

BN: The timing belt got so hot that the outside of the tensioner melted, and the timing belt was down to the cords on the outside.

GN: The timing belt continued to keep the valves away from the pistons.

BN: I had to change the timing belt, water pump and tensioner.

GN: While doing the work, I spotted and corrected the miss-timing of the injector pump that has been causing a fault code for years.

BN: I've just spent half an hour trying to send an email. Bloody yahoo.

GN: Eventually I closed and reopened it in frustration, and it's gone back to its former, far more legible and altogether better, layout.

Mrs Cudzo told me she grinked them today about it (before I failed to send this email). I'd like to think it's all down to her.  :D
