Anyone else affected by this and working round it during their cycling activities?
I'm struggling afterwards when I go hard with chest stuff, exhaustion a day or so after.
Blood work and annual fizz recently was all good.
I had a bout of covid in the late Autumn that I suspect may be the culprit. It dragged on and I was diagnosed with capillary damage in the eye likely from over enthusiastic coughing.
Im hoping to hear from someone who's a bit further down the road than me and is coming good!
