I hear from time to time mention of these other Chalfonts but I haven't the foggiest what people are referring to, nor why I would have though of other Chalfonts instead of the place I was born, Chalfont St. Giles, or the place I grew up in, Chalfont St. Peter.

Maybe someone could fill me in via PM ... unless I am better off remaining ignorant about them.
