Title: Camping in North Wales - Recommendations?
Post by: HeltorChasca on 21 July, 2020, 07:11:30 pm
I’m looking at about 5 nights camping in north Wales with my 10 year old daughter. We are into everything (obvs cycling) so not fussed if mountain, coast etc.

Then we are meeting up inland with friends, camping near Glyndyfrdwy (where I might try and sneak in a 200)

Any ideas very welcome. Thank you.

I camped a few nights in Wales last year.  My trip report is here.   https://yacf.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=113254.msg2424091#msg2424091

Almost mid Wales rather than north but this is a lovely site. Very quiet with great views over the Atlantic - especially from the washing up room which makes that chore a bit nicer. Every now and again the train trundles past but it's not noisy and adds to the charm of the place.
